Who I Am
I have always been fascinated by performance: first as an athlete, later as a coach and psychologist. What drives people to get the best out of themselves? What holds them back?
Over the years, I discovered just how powerful mental clarity can be. Not as a trick, but as a skill you can develop.
Today, I guide people who want to make a difference, in sport and business, in a way that is sharp, practical, and approachable.
Bio
I am a sport and performance psychologist with a background in elite sport, both as an athlete and a coach.
Since 2018, I have been supporting athletes and professionals in strengthening mental resilience, motivation, and focus.
Through over 4,000 coaching sessions and team programs, I have gained deep insight into mental patterns – knowledge I use to create sustainable, practical change.

My Mission
I believe that everyone has the ability to grow. If you are willing to look honestly, let go of what no longer serves you, and redirect yourself.
My goal is to strengthen your mental resilience in a lasting way. Not just for that one peak performance, but for a life where you can perform with clarity, joy, and endurance.
Whether in sport or business, I help make mental processes visible, trainable, and supportive, so you can maintain high-level performance without losing yourself.
Approach
My approach is based on scientifically grounded methods from sport and performance psychology. I combine insights from motivational psychology, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to develop strategies that truly fit your context.
Whether it’s 1-on-1 coaching or team workshops, I work in a solution-focused, evidence-based way, always tailored to your situation.
The goal? To help you perform effectively under pressure, break through mental barriers, and shape your performance with both enjoyment and endurance.

Mentally strong: in every arena
Whether in competition, daily life, or at work, mental strength makes the difference wherever performance matters.
